My Thoughts Journal
One of the best things I have found is to use a journal. Whether that be a plain journal where you can write down anything you want, or if it is a journal where the pages guide what you write. Every day is a new day and a day you can change your thoughts.
I have been using a guided journal and it is so helpful in changing your mood! It keeps you positive and puts your mood right for the rest of the day.
Some things to write down im your jounral:
- How do you see yourself?
- Things you love about yourself
- What do you want to change?
- What’s in your self-care kit?
- Write down your negative thoughts and resolve them
- Write down your feelings
- Focus on the good things

Self-care
The best thing to do to celebrate yourself is to update your self-care routine. Looking after yourself can put you in such a good mindset. It also refreshes you and gets you ready for the day ahead. You can completely turn your day around by doing this. Some ideas include:
- Taking a long bath with some refreshing bath salts
- Light some candles around your room and make it cosy
- Clean your skin so you feel fresh!
- Get your cosy socks on

love all of these suggestions! i personally love journaling as a way to reflect. i’m always trying to better myself & writing out my manifestations, frustrations etc really helps in the transformation process.
