Getting started with manifestation can sometimes be a hard thing to do when a lot of people are sceptical about the topic. So I believe the easiest way you can get started is by writing a manifestation list! Throughout this post, I explain all my top tips on how to write a manifestation list, and then I move onto how you can use that list to achieve your dreams.
I have included some of my other blog posts on manifestation if you wanted to check out more on the different types of methods.
How to write a manifestation list:
A manifestation list is a list of all the things you want to achieve within a certain time period. This could be within the net year, 5 years or 10 years. You can set your own time limit! With a manifestation list comes a lot of thought and precision. You need to make sure what you write on this list is correct. I have created some pointers to set you in the right direction for when you create your own list:
Get a note pad
The best thing to do is to take a note pad and keep this note pad free of any other notes. Make sure you only use it for your affirmations and lists.
The great thing about keeping all your lists in one place is that it helps focus your mind, you don’t get distracted by anything you have written on other pages that aren’t relevant.
Create a life plan
If you are sturggling with coming up with a list then start thinking ahead. You do not need to just think about the present. Think about what yuo want to do in 10 years time. This could include where you want to be working, or where you want to be living. If could include any activites you want to have done by then or places you want to have been.
Take inspiration from role models
If you are struggling with creating a life plan or even thinking of any points for your list, then take a look at some of your role models.
For example, if you are a blogger and you are wanting to make it into a full time role. Then take a look at your favourite bloggers who have been successful and take a look at the steps they took to get where they are. The important thing is to make sure you look at the little steps they took instead of looking at the huge jump.
Be reasonable
If you don’t believe you will be able to achieve your goals on your list then it will be a lot harder to manifest them. An example I use frequently is: If you are wanting to achieve an A in your maths exam, but you have been getting Ds and Es all year, then you have to be realistic. You need to believe you can do it. manifestation only works if you are putting the work in – you will not magically get an A without revising.
Be specific
If you are wanting to “make lots of money” then be specific with this. This will help you form your manifestation list. Think about how you will get to this point and how it will make you feel. The more thought and feelings you put behind the point, the more liekly you will be able to ebelive and achive it.
How to use the manifestation list:
Different manifestation models work in different ways. Some methods will be more suited to some than others. Therefore, it is a great idea to try out different methods to see which one works for you.
Your manifestation list will be the key thing in all of these methods, so keep it handy.
Personally, I love the 369 manifestation method. I created a post talking through the step with examples if you wanted to try out this method yourself: 369 Manifestation method examples.

Very cool post. I write my goals down but I hadn’t considered making a list of manifestations. I do use manifestations but I don’t have them in one place. That would be helpful to have one, easy to read document. Thanks!

It’s a good inspiring post.
Theoretically, it looks impressive.
Practically, sometimes or rather all the time we are thrown against our wishes due to circumstances.
At least this is in my case.
I wish all the best to you and all the managed people to achieve your goals.

This is a really fascinating approach to life goals and gratitude — I’ve didn’t know much about doing this as, but I can see how beneficial it could be. I appreciate the breakdown of what they are and how to use them, I will have to give this some more thought and put some into action!
